In my project, I explore the role that neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) may play in insulin signaling, in both healthy and diabetic
conditions of skeletal muscle. A further interest is how skeletal muscle nNOS may be acting in fatty-acid-induced conditions of oxidative stress.
